Refund policy

MSTR accepts returns of products that are unopened or used just once for testing. Returns are accepted for 30 days after delivery.

Return shipping costs will be covered for returns worth $50 or more. There are no restocking fees.

Returns of final sale items are not accepted.

If you have received the wrong item or a damaged item, give us a call and we can arrange for it to be returned and for the correct item or a replacement to be shipped ASAP.
